House No:4, Carrington Street

This time, I was sharing a four bed-room house with two Malaysians, Sam, Masturah and two Hong Kong girls, Shirley Yang and Teresa Lau. Sam was only doing part time study. He worked full time during the day and attended night classes at Swinburne Tech. He was trying very hard to complete his diploma in civil engineering. The three girls attended Methodist Ladies College in the nearby suburb of Kew, doing year 12. It was great to be able to cook all my favourite curry dishes and ate rice every day again.
